Brandon Garrett is a Professor at the University of Virginia School of Law. He joined the law faculty in 2005. “His research and teaching interests include criminal procedure, wrongful convictions, habeas corpus, corporate crime, scientific evidence, civil rights, civil procedure and constitutional law. Garrett’s recent research includes studies of DNA exonerations and organizational prosecutions.” His books include Convicting the Innocent and Too Big To Jail. He joins host Coy Barefoot to discuss the difficult compromises that prosecutors make when trying to convict the largest corporations in the world. This conversation was originally recorded in February 2016.
