Host Coy Barefoot welcomes peace activist and author David Swanson back on the program. They consider the recent budget proposals from the Trump White House: a plan that would severely cut funding, or eliminate funding entirely, from a variety of programs and agencies that invest in art, science, and education — in favor or moving that spending to the nation’s war machine.
